ENM Counselling — Online and In-Person (Melbourne)
Support for people navigating ethical non-monogamy

Ethical non-monogamy (ENM) looks different for everyone — and it can bring a mix of joy, challenge, connection, and complexity. Whether you’re solo, in a couple, a throuple, or part of a wider relationship network, you deserve support that meets you where you're at.

I work with people across Australia (online) and in-person in Melbourne, offering counselling that’s calm, inclusive, and judgement-free.

We can talk through things like boundaries, communication breakdowns, jealousy, mismatched needs, repair after conflict, or just figuring out how to make things work in ways that feel good for everyone involved.

I also run The ENM DNM — a monthly support group that brings people together for honest, respectful, and non-preachy conversations about ENM.

The podcast is launching soon, but for now you can join the next support group here.

What You Might Want to Talk About

Boundaries & Agreements

Whether you're starting out or revisiting old patterns, agreements in ENM can feel like both a safety net and a source of tension.

We’ll explore what boundaries and agreements actually mean to you, how to create (or adjust) them clearly, and how to stay on the same page — even when things shift.

Communication & Emotional Expression

Talking openly in ENM isn't always easy — especially when emotions like jealousy, insecurity, or fear come up.

We’ll work on ways to communicate honestly and calmly, express what you're feeling, and actually hear each other without shutting down or blowing up.

Relationship Dynamics & Self-Understanding

Whether you’re figuring out what style of ENM suits you, dealing with different levels of openness, or navigating group dynamics .

We’ll focus on what works for you and the people you care about.

Why Counselling Can Actually Help

Ethical non-monogamy can be expansive, affirming, and deeply rewarding — but it can also bring up a lot.

Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to navigate competing needs. Maybe you're experiencing jealousy or fear but don’t want to be “the difficult one.” Or maybe you're just trying to figure out how to make this work without losing yourself in the process.

A lot of people in ENM find it hard to access support that actually understands the nuance of their relationship dynamics. You won’t need to educate me or justify your choices here.

Counselling gives you space to step back, explore what’s really going on, and start finding clarity — not just about your relationships, but about your needs, patterns, and boundaries.

We’ll work at your pace, focusing on communication skills, emotional insight, and sustainable strategies that help you show up in ways that feel honest and intentional.
