Our Mission
At Constantly Training, we create spaces where people can explore their own experiences without judgement. We believe that lasting change comes from within, not from being told what to do. Through counselling, group work, and school-based programs, we support honest conversations around identity, mental health, and masculinity. Our work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a strengths-based approach. We're here to shift the statistics around men’s mental health and gendered violence by fostering reflection, connection, and internal transformation — one conversation at a time.
We believe that safe, honest spaces can transform lives — and redefine masculinity

Our Mission
Constantly Training exists to transform the way our society understands and responds to masculinity, mental health, and identity. Our mission is to reduce gendered violence and suicide by creating spaces where people can engage in honest, reflective conversations that challenge stigma and build internal capacity for change. We work through schools, group programs, and counselling to foster a culture of empathy, self-awareness, and connection.

Our Vision
A world where all people feel safe to express themselves, explore their identity, and connect with others in ways that are grounded, respectful, and free from shame. We envision a future where mental health is openly discussed, masculinity is redefined with compassion, and communities are built on understanding, not fear.

Meet the Founder
Adam is deeply passionate about creating supportive, non-judgmental spaces where people can explore their thoughts, emotions, and identities — whether in a one-on-one counselling session, a classroom, or a community group.
With nearly two decades of experience, Adam has worked across a wide range of settings including schools, youth centres, homelessness services, prisons, and community organisations. His work spans counselling, facilitation, program design, and youth leadership — always with a focus on fostering emotional resilience, connection, and self-understanding.
Adam is especially skilled in engaging young men and those exploring masculinity, and has developed and delivered countless group programs, men’s circles, and school workshops focused on mental health, identity, and respectful relationships.
At the heart of his approach is a belief that each person is the expert in their own life. Adam offers compassionate guidance, asks the right questions, and creates the space for people to reflect, grow, and connect — both with themselves and those around them.
