Masculinity Sessions

What Are Our Masculinity Sessions?
Our Masculinity Sessions are designed to help young people explore, challenge, and redefine what it means to “be a man.” We create safe, inclusive, and engaging spaces where boys and young men can talk openly about emotions, pressure, identity, and relationships. These sessions are grounded in evidence-based practices and delivered by experienced facilitators with youth work and counselling backgrounds.

Workshop Content

Each session is interactive and youth-led, covering topics such as:

  • Social expectations of masculinity

  • Emotional literacy and healthy expression

  • Consent and respectful relationships

  • Peer pressure and group dynamics

  • Mental health and help-seeking behaviours

We tailor content to be age-appropriate and culturally responsive.
