Constantly Training

Bespoke NDIS Support

Support Work · Counselling · Capacity Building · Community Access

Working alongside you.

Our Ethos

Constantly Training puts participants in control. We believe they already have the capacity, our job is to help them see it, build on it, and use it. That means respecting their choices, building capacity, and creating safety. We listen before we advise, and we tailor support to what the people we support needs right now, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Our Services

Bespoke NDIS support, tailored to each participant.

Support Work

Our core offering. We work alongside participants, doing with, not doing for, so support always moves at their pace and builds real capacity over time. It comes in two branches:

Capacity Building

Building skills, routines and independence that stick. We start from the strengths people already have and build on them, so progress lasts and reliance on support reduces over time.

Community Access

Getting out, connecting, and taking part in community life with confidence, from everyday outings to the things that matter most. Support that reduces isolation and opens doors.

Counselling

An additional service, offered alongside our support work. A calm, judgement-free space to be heard, backed by a genuine counselling background. We listen before we advise and work at the participant's pace, so support feels safe and personal.
